My wife and I upgraded our bathrooms about one year ago with the help of a Ferguson Home Designer…read more This process went great, but at that time, we did not purchase new toilets for the bathrooms. I wished to surprise my wife with a new Toto Washlet and a NexusOne-Piece Elongated toilet for each bathroom. I worked with Chelsea Collins at the Ferguson Home Store in Clarksville. Chelsea was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. She answered all my questions. She gave me all the specification sheets so I could contact the electrician and the plumber for the job. Right before the purchase, I took my wife to look at the different Toto toilets. One of the toilets was not what she wanted, and with Chelsea's help, my wife ended up choosing the ones that best suited the rooms. Chelsea is instrumental in the process from start to finish, and I never felt hurried or that my questions were a problem for her to answer. The toilets were installed yesterday, and they are beautiful. Thanks, Chelsea, for all your help in making the correct purchase for our home.

Unfortunately the LG STUDIO refrigerator was no longer available. We looked everywhere for the refrigerator and FERGUSON'S had a floor model that was on clearance! What a great find and an excellent price on a very expensive refrigerator. We will always in the future prefer FERGUSON's over the big box stores for appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures. They have a beautiful store on Dunbar Cave Rd here in Clarksville. Their sales associates are professional and knowledgeable. Service after the sale was also helpful when we had an issue with the craft ice maker in that we called and the lady who takes care of service issues contacted LG and set up the warranty/service order. We are very grateful and very pleased with this transaction.

I was barred from entering the show room until I told the (very rude) receptionist why I was there! When I explained what I was looking for I was told "we don't have that" and then she proceeded to turn around and deal with someone else who apparently deserved attention more. I asked another employee where the sinks were located and I was shooed away and told "over there" as she gestured to an entire side of the showroom. Every time I ran into an employee here I was not asked if I needed help, I wasn't even greeted or smiled at - instead I was given a smug "smile" if you could call it that and was asked to move out of the way. I have been to many high end design showrooms with price points much higher than Ferguson and have never been treated like this. I understand that making an appointment is the ideal way of doing business, however there needs to be a way to accommodate customers without treating them like trash. Whoever is in charge of the sales floor - I hope you read this and I hope some changes are made.

Upscale options and tremendous variety abound! But when you're not visiting just to gawk, and you're genuinely attempting to assemble components for your soon-to-be refurbished home bathrooms, you begin to see the shortcomings of Ferguson. Despite numerous employees, forget anyone helping you because you'll soon discover that all the other customers have "made a reservation." Okay, that's an easy issue to solve in the future. Without a "reservation" we were encouraged to scan QR codes for each display to determine available finishes, prices, and measurements. But not even the most modern phones could scan the world's tiniest QR codes throughout the store. The lighting is odd within the store, so significant that you cannot clearly determine whether the color or finish you're considering would look appropriate in your bathroom at home. All of their competitor's stores are sufficiently lit. As we looked for a top to our bathroom vanity, we learned Ferguson doesn't sell vanity tops. They only sell the entire vanity. We have seven-foot-long bathroom vanities in all of our bathrooms like everyone else in our neighborhood does. It's not unusual. However, Ferguson's vanities apparently max out at six feet, so this was obviously no use to us. And don't even get us started on how convoluted the Ferguson website is! We ended up designing our two remodeled bathrooms at a different store.

The bathrooms were also super pretty and clean. The location - at the mall - has pros and cons. Green Hills mall is great & has many nice stores. It is always packed and parking can be a pain, especially over by RH. If you are willing to walk & deal with traffic / crowds then I would just park in the Dillards garage and save yourself the stress. The thing that's truly shocking about the restaurant is the price of the food for the quality. The food is decent, just HIGHLY overpriced. I got a burger and fries with water and with tip it was about $50, this also may have been the cheapest thing on the menu. That's the main reason I wouldn't come back, just so many more great options in Nashville at the price point. Ok, our waiter was great tho. He was attentive, fast and positive. We were celebrating birthdays and he surprised us with dessert. A very nice touch that really added to the experience.

The first time we were not greeted as Sierra was with a customer. We wanted to try out tubs for comfort sake. We wanted the perfect tub that was pretty but also was comfortable. After a while a gentleman told us to feel free to look around and try them out. We zeroed in on our favorite and went home to think about it. We shopped around and the price was pretty much the same everywhere. We went back a second time and ended up buying the tub and all our fixtures there. I braced myself at the cost and surprise to me it was well below what I expected. Needless to say Sierra was quite the saleswoman by not blinking an eye when I wanted something a bit more in our budget. She found solutions. Go in with confidence you can try in a tub, sit on a throne and be treated like a customer. Well except for that one guy who interrupted her during our sit down. He was rather rude and could have approached differently. Oh well his behavior gave us something to laugh about. Needless to say go and don't hesitate to ask the questions, come with your budget and allow them to work magic! Also ladies try the bidet in the restroom! It will change your life!

Genuinely, avoid this place at all costs unless you want to fight and argue with this company for months to get simple stuff fixed. Massive headache!!!
