Caleb Hall 8 reviews 21 hours ago NEW I really thought I had found a good company. Was never told that the installers were subcontracted out and weren't a party of this company. Was not mentioned until the night before that I was responsible for getting all my plumbing unhooked (we were keeping our sink) so when the installers got there they literally took a hammer and crowbar and ripped my garbage disposal off and left it under the sink while they then cut the hole for the sink in my house without covering anything. This left tons of dust everywhere in my house. The installers then let the dust get down into my garbage disposal and left the old countertops, with screws and nails hanging out, in my dining room. No one even wiped off the countertops or offered to help clean or take the old countertop away. I told the owner what happened and he said flatly, that's why we tell you to take care of your own plumbing. He saw this upset me and then played nice and came to the house and offered to give me $100 for my trouble. I asked him to leave and he offered me more money. I told him to leave. Also turns out the countertops were not installed correctly and they left gaps inbetween the countertop and cabinets, only when I mentioned this to the owner did he put some shims in that you can plainly see. Quality first is not this companies motto. I didn't want extra, I didn't ask for anything for free, I just wanted the job done decently. read more
