Since they immediately fixed it, I thought they looked beautiful and all was well. Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.

I went to their own website 7 days ago and entered all of the same information again and no response. It'd seem this business is trying to wind down, or doesn't want to do rain gutters anymore. At one point, they surely did great work reading all the reviews, but after a month, I'm not going to keep begging them for a quote, which is beyond quixotic. Interestingly, a recent reviewer on 10/13 (Jocelyn K.) said, "they were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly patient." A new Yelper (Asif M.) doing their very first review on 10/27 says, "They will make you [wait] for weeks and one scheduling day they don't show up. its like carelessness." This is sadly another "broken halo" business...one which shouldn't have survived the pandemic. It's not tragic being so preventable.

From the initial phone call to the gutter cleaning, Jesse and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. We decided to try his solution, and after a few days of rain, so far so good! I highly recommend Jesse and his team for any of your gutter needs!

He also walked me through detailed photos showing the condition of my roof and gutters, making sure I understood exactly what needed attention.
