Usually after a few phone calls and an email, you would get a response in about 4-5 weeks typically explaining how busy they are. Recruited HNW to help with our mom's medicaid application. Unfortunately due to not being able to provide all of the documentation, we could never file. Wish we knew that before I gave them $7,500. At the end when I asked for a refund of a small amount of $600-700, they billed me that day for 3.7 hours... years later... so they didn't have to refund me.
