But then while in their showroom, we saw a quartz countertop that we immediately fell in love with. Danny, the owner came out to our place & measured everything & gave us a quote for only the backsplash. Then another quote for the countertops and new sink/faucet. And then another quote for the countertops and new sink/faucet + backsplash. We found the cost to be reasonable & gave authorization to get started on the whole shebang! Lots of people have taken him to court and he never shows up. I took him to court for $5300 for a job that he didn't complete. Judgement was for me plus court costs. My lawyer suggested that I put a lien on his property since he would not respond to her letters so, we put a lien on any properties he has in Nueces County and any surrounding counties. He said he paid the engineer and he never did. I called and spoke to the engineer and he was irate because he never got paid and he has done this to several people. Stay far, far away from this guy. He's taken advantage of several people. Do your homework before you hire this guy. He changes his company name to get away from the negative reviews. I notice when he responds to the reviews, he never answers why he doesn't show up to his court cases that are against him. Just full of excuses and BS.
