Most days I leave there without pain, pain that has been there for days or weeks with little to no relief until after the adjustments. He has given me simple exercises that have helped my neck, back and knees. He not only adjusts my joints but works on muscle knots to allow the joints to relax and go back into place with less effort. My hip was out and had been for weeks. After only 4 visits my hip was back in place and the pain was gone. Same for my shoulder. My left knee had started to swell and I thought I would have to see my rheumatologist but after 2 visits the swelling reduced and the pain disappeared. I highly recommend this company.

When I called Excel Physical Therapy to request the release, they discovered that my insurance hadn't paid for one of the treatments and demanded that I pay the full $400 claim. At the time, that amount was equivalent to my monthly rent. I went back to my home country during the summer break, and when I returned, I received a call from a collection agency, claiming I owed $800. When I explained the situation to Excel Physical Therapy, the representative simply told me the case had been transferred to the collection agency. This led to several horrible months of financial hardship. Excel Physical Therapy handled this situation very poorly.

I was measured for a knee brace by Milica Livesay(aka Milica McDowell) after a severe car accident…read moreand surgery to repair a torn meniscus and ACL. She failed to get the knee brace adjusted in a timely fashion in spite of numerous requests. It was her way of forcing me to stay in touch with her. Ultimately it was adjusted but too late. It caused me another blood clot in my leg and put me back on blood thinners which I had come off. It also caused nerve damage to my lower left leg. I don't feel 3/4 of my left foot and 1/2 of my left calf. After seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon after nerve testing it was determined it was best to not operate. Because of the multiple compression spots in my leg coinciding with the knee brace They determined they didn't know which spot to release and more damage could be done. If I lose all feeling then they will try to do something.

I signed myself out of there just Saturday and since I did that they refuged to give me any of my medication that my insurance paid for but finally got them back with a fight. I wish I could be a advocate for the elderly people there look at everything they were doing to me I couldn't imagine what they do to them this is a honest review.
