The pen was large and comfortably fit both my horses with bucket chains ready. Tgey even had a small area for turnout. The stalls were super nice and had bedding ready if that was the route you chose. We stayed in one of the guest rooms and it was very spacious, the beds were comfy and the AC was blowing very cold. The TV had great selection of channels to watch. Highly recommend a stay.
