I cannot say enough amazing things about Adriana. I found Amy Wine Counseling via ZocDoc. I emailed…read morethem expressing my concerns from other therapist/psychiatrists and exactly what I needed. They provided me with the absolute perfect counselor. Adriana is so incredibly caring and goes so above and beyond for her patients. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. They truly care for their patients. Adriana is one of a kind.

My one regret, coming here and following their advice. I feel as though I am the only one that has actually used this groups services that is not her friend or a student to offer a review. You're wanting the experience of miss Wine as your counselor, I'm sorry but that's not going to happen, and will likely never see her. Unless you go to one of her general speaking events for additional fees to attend. Her schedule consist of writing blogs, and for other forums at her home which she freely states on her e-mail notifications. You will only get one of their other young "qualified" counselors. In my personal experience, if you want to waste thousands of dollars to make things progressively worse in your relationship, come here and follow their advice. You will end up in divorce. I had Sarah Dailey as my counselor and I'm sorry to say I was disappointed in her abilities to manage our sessions. Each time we came out, it was worse and worse than before. I would say this group tries, but they have not gained personal experience in dealing with these types of issues with marriage partners. Worst of all this group will actually lie to you and renege on commitments. Be sure to ask for a lawyer referral before you spouse does when you start. Their family law referral is the Rudisel Law Firm if your the unfortunate one that asks second, and they give you the "we don't have any referrals we can provide you" line. So, good luck to anyone that is reading this post. I wish you all the best in the struggles you face. I would suggest going to Shield Bearers instead. They offer discounted rates if you need them.

Allie Scott is a wonderful, warm, welcoming, and TALENTED therapist. She is incredibly sharp,…read moreknowledgable and skilled. I found her after searching for clinicians who were trained in EMDR therapy following a PTSD diagnosis after I experienced a life-changing traumatic event. She returned my scattered and frantic initial call the same day. We did a phone screening, and she scheduled an in-take for the next week. In our first session, we discussed my experience, history, and she administered an assessment confirming my initial diagnosis. She clearly and concisely broke down the EMDR protocol, explaining how it helps reconnect memory to emotion through bilateral stimulation so that trauma can be successfully processed and determined that I was a good fit for the therapy. We decided to begin the following week. I saw Allie every week for nearly 4 months. When I started seeing her, I described my life as "unmanageable," I was avoiding places that triggered my traumatic memories, I wasn't able to focus or control my emotions, I was incredibly anxious, I had intrusive, upsetting thoughts about the trauma throughout most of the day, I struggled to connect with a purpose for my life and felt unhopeful about my future. With every week that passed in EMDR therapy, my intrusive thoughts minimized, my anxiety lessened, I became desensitized to triggering events, memories, places, and people. Overtime, I became lighter and more optimistic about life. I started to feel joy again. I started to form connections and create deeper understanding about patterns and beliefs I've struggled to break throughout my entire life. Not only was I able to leave Allie's care no longer meeting the criteria for PTSD, but I also stopped experiencing the daily anxiety that I've suffered with since childhood. I'm not trapped in cycles of negative beliefs about myself that I've fought in years of therapy. In addition to EMDR, Allie also introduced Internal Family Systems therapy, which was incredibly healing. On days when I'd bring an issue into session to discuss, Allie helped me untangle it with challenging yet gentle care. She is the type of therapist who handles clients with kindness while also teaching you skills you need to carry forward in your everyday life. I'm so grateful I found Allie Scott. Working with her on EMDR changed my life. If you are thinking about therapy or if you have suffered a great loss or trauma, reach out. You'll be glad you did!
