They have a good humidor with a great selection of cigars at a reasonable price. The lounge is private only but when the weather is nice you can sit on the patio and order food and drinks from the Mexican restaurant across the street and they will bring it to you. The staff knows their cigars but they seem a little cold. read more

I went by today to purchase a cigar and hang out. However, I was informed that the lounge is for members only. That really wasn't a big deal because they have nice patio tables set up under the shade, in front and on the side (where I sat). I was greeted and helped by a gentleman named Daryl. He was extremely nice in helping me out as well as going over details of his cigar of the month (I asked about it after seeing the sign by the cigars in the humidor). His service and the nice patio set up will have me return, sooner than later. This is a very nice spot for a smoke. read more

This place is amazing. Owners are truly awesome people. Staff is great. They remember your name, look you in the eyes and greet you. They are friendly and helpful. Large humidor with a killer selection and they seem to keep it on the more humid side (which like)! Prices aren't bad. I wouldn't go anywhere else on this side of town. Love this place we come here often weather I'm buying a 3factory smoke or a high end smoke I'm always treated right. The small talk is on point and the atmosphere is great. They do have a members only lounge and the guys always seem to be having a good time. Highly recommend. read more

I love this place, been there twice and both times were pretty fun, the people working there are super sweet and nice the first time I went it was with my fiancé and he knows about cigars so I really didn't need their help, but they were extremely nice to us anyways, the second time I went was by myself, today, and to be honest, I DONT KNOW ANYTHING about cigars, I was lost in there looking for a present for my fiancé, and the two lovely man working there were extremely helpful and were even nice enough to pull up some information on the computer to see what my fiancé's dad had purchased and give me and idea of what to get them, like i said, i don't know anything about cigars and I was straight up with them and they were also super kind to teach me few things, so I guess I'm getting there, again, the staff are so amazing, and funny, and they do have SOOOOOO many options!!!! Good selection, overpriced cigars. If your looking for a quick cigar fix and specs is not open then I guess this will do otherwise keep looking at somewhere else. Awesome selection, and the staff is helpful. I've been to places like this before and the staff want to make sure you know hey know EVERYTHING about cigars. The person who helped me was a humble guy and really interested in ensuring I got what I wanted and what I liked. He didn't try to up-sell me or give me something I wasn't interested in. Prices are fair, and they have the best selection I've ever seen in a cigar store. I would 100% recommend and will definitely go back in the future. Not a bad selection but you won't find any deals here - margins are in the 125+ % range. Nothing on the downside regarding humidification or presentation. Its a small shop and there is typically plenty of help available. Its just that there are a couple of crusty gentleman who really should have found an alternative career. After awhile, you figure out they are OK people but I can see how they turn off random walk ins. The biggest downside is you can't light up a cigar you just purchased inside unless you pay up for a (so-called) discount/membership. Which means I hope you like smoking outside in searing heat in May-August. read more

So I figured this would be an interesting and accommodating place based off of location and boy was I wrong. I've given this over priced business three chances and each time I have to deal with old crusty men who are very very rude and pretentious and coming from someone who works in the service industry, that's not how you act if you want someone to return. Not only are they some of the most useless unhelpful people I've met but the place has such a poor selection. Or maybe they don't and the staff just doesn't care to help their guests or introduce them to anything new. I doubt this place will be open long. And I will never waste my time in this place again. I can get better quality tobacco at the sketchy corner stores on 1960 than this place which has NO place in the vintage. read more

Cool shop. They have a decent selection of cigars. The gentleman that have been there the past few times I've gone have been very helpful. They helped me find a few other brands of cigars that I enjoyed. They talked to me about foods or drinks that may change the flavors of the cigars. If you ask them to they will put your name in their system and track your last purchase in case your trying different brands and don't remember what brand was your last purchase. That was helpful for me. I wrote down the name but forgot my notes when I went there. Better selection than the Specs that I shop at. Specs has great wine though. read more
