Friendly folks and a nice but small shop. 3 stars for those reasons. -2 stars for pricing and selection, they are higher priced on most items and there is no premium selection, just many of the typical house juices. Also, there is no option for medium sized bottles meaning 60 ML. They do offer a "house" premium but that doesn't help much. If there were a lower rating I would give it. I just returned my wifes Battery that was defective. To my surprise the young man behind the counter was extremely rude. My wife has told me about him so I decided To see for myself. As a Rockwall Veteran I want to alert others of this situation. I recommend to the owners that he be sent to manners school as well as some intense customer service training. We will never return to this store. They have an excellent selection of e-juice flavors that are decent, but most of their products are over priced and if you have any problems with their products or an order, then you are probably out of luck because their customer service is about on par with Comcast. If they do ever admit to an issue, they will lay the blame around, but will offer no resolutions. If you place an online order, it may take them days to get it out for shipment and could take a week or more to get the order delivered. In all honesty, there are too many other good companies out there with top-notch e-juices which have better prices and excellent customer service for me to ever want to deal with this place again. read more

I've been to a lot of Vapor shops, especially around the Rockwall and Royse City area and I think Lone Star is, in terms of customer service, friendliness, and quality of their product, the best in the area. I love that they carry one of the only (if not the only, I think it might be the only one actually) Made in America units out there..The Provari. Their juice is excellent and they have a very good selection. However, the thing that keeps me coming back over and over is the area in which these guys blow the rest out of the water...Their customer service. I don't know why but it seems like people in the majority of vapor shops have no idea how to treat their customers. I've never been in to Lone Star when I didn't feel like they were more than happy to get me what I needed and answer any questions I might have. They are the best and they have my business as long as they keep doing what they have been. read more
