We were visiting Nashville and looking for a decent public course to play. This Fun golf course but a little high on the green fees. The weekend rate was $42 for 18 holes with a cart. The front nine has some trees lining the fairways which can pose some threats for a decent second shot. The back nine contains a lot of water hazards but can be avoided with good control of the short irons. Not too much elevation change which was nice since we played on a course in the hills on the day prior. The staff in the pro shop were friendly but there is not much to offer as far as merchandise. Electric golf carts were nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this course for those looking for a relaxed round that typically play courses in the 20-30 dollar per round range. Just be ready to pay a few more dollars.

Public golf course and affordable rates. I think the weekday rates are $20 for 9 holes and $35 for 18 holes. Weekend rates are about $5 more and these prices include carts. You only need a tee time scheduled for weekends and the course is about as nice as it gets to be a public course. Unfortunately it costs about as much as a private course. It's walking distance from my house so I don't mind playing here. The driving range is $3 per small bucket and the setup is nice overall. It's worth playing here and I'll be back often. My favorite thing here is that there's not too many hills like the rest of the local course so a +20 handicap player like myself will get less frustrated playing here. The carts are nice and electric so that's always a plus when you don't smell like a landscaper in cheap exhaust hah. I give it five stars overall. If the price were about $5 cheaper then I would be Blackmore often.

Received a free round after 4th full priced round. Pretty good deal if you live nearby. And the beer after the round is only a penny per stroke, for real. You just need to show your scorecard. The total beers for our 3 some were less than $3.00. No joke!

The greens? So smooth you'll want to roll a picnic blanket out and call it a day. Honestly, if your ball doesn't roll true here, that's on you, champ. The layout is fun, challenging, and just scenic enough to make you forget how many balls you've donated to the water hazards. It's the rare course where you'll finish 18 holes and think, "Yeah, I could do that again," even if your scorecard looks like a math problem gone wrong. Bottom line: Hermitage is a Nashville gem. Great condition, great vibes, and just enough beauty to distract you from your questionable swing mechanics.

We wanted to try something we never done and with me with an urge to take up golf probably this spring this was right up our alley. The weather was ugh, very cold, lol, that's not their fault... that's on us! The mimosas were awesome! Can't never seem to have enough of them. We had made plans on somewhere else to eat afterwards and decided to just order chips and salsa and they were some of the best salsa and warm chips that I've had in a very long time. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward coming back when the weather is a little warmer. The games, omg the games! I think if we played games like Mario Brothers in golf for real there would probably be more people who would actually want to play golf... but it's super fun and we all had a fantastic and enjoyable time. Time flew by and we were actually going to prolong our stay after our server let us know we could until she found out someone had already reserved the spot. She was willing to move us but we were just trying to extend the game we were in and we ended up finishing it in the time allotted. We appreciate the offer though. Can't wait to come back and of course in shorts!
