So smooth you'll want to roll a picnic blanket out and call it a day. Honestly, if your ball doesn't roll true here, that's on you, champ. The layout is fun, challenging, and just scenic enough to make you forget how many balls you've donated to the water hazards. It's the rare course where you'll finish 18 holes and think, "Yeah, I could do that again," even if your scorecard looks like a math problem gone wrong. Bottom line: Hermitage is a Nashville gem. The tee boxes and greens were in pretty rough shape, which made it hard to enjoy the round. The layout of the course also isn't the best, as there are several spots where other holes run close together and people are constantly hitting into your fairway. It also felt like there were always groups stacked up in front of you. I really wish the course was in better shape because it has some potential, but right now it just doesn't feel worth the money.
