While I waited, I noticed the wide variety of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages they have. I decided to pick up a few bottles for Lake Charles. The people here were nice and knowledgeable with their liquor. They give you suggestions based on what your preferences are if you are indecisive like me. FYI- Most of the liquor are behind the counter, you tell them what you want and they'll get it for you. I left with a fixed phone and a few bottles of moscato. When asked a worker if they had any more of a product we were looking for, he said that if they did it would be hanging on one of the hangers in the store somewhere. wow. When I walked my cart back into store, another employee saw me trying to get in the door and turned his head and continued walking. Any normal person in Texas would have offered to hold the door OR taken the cart and rolled it inside four feet to the cart parking area. Just not quality service anymore. We are regular shoppers, and this was not a one-time experience. The service and expectation today was that of a fast food place with teenagers drawing a check, but not wanting to work. The prices are good and comparable to other liquor stores in the area. They are pretty well stocked and the service is really great. The workers are really polite without getting all up in your business because the last thing I want is somebody asking me why I keep buying a 3 Liter of Vodka at 10am every Monday & Friday.
