Used to like this place but purchased a Groupon back in AUGUST. They made me put my credit card on file when I arrived which should have been a red flag and charged me like 01 cent. I was happy and went on my way. Sept comes and I get a $38 charge from "white glove auto spa" Which is them. Dispute with CC company get the $38 back but in mean time realized they chargers me $38 for October and now November 1st. Real shady business practice. I went there in person to attempt To speak to workers and they had no idea how to "fix" which I don't believe. And trying to call you don't get anyone. They lost my business forever and now I have to call fraud department again tomorrow. You really think this is the way to get long term customers? Check out google reviews. FRAUD. They have been charging my card for 8 months after I cancelled my services with them. I disputed them with my credit card company and got some money back but the next 2 months they charged my card again, very shady business seems like they're hoping I never check my credit card transactions. I paid for the full service wash. About $35 today 8/11/21. It was supposed to include Rain-x which makes water basically bounce off windshield. I noticed immediately that it / Rain x was not present as water not bouncing off my windshield so to speak. I told the three guys detailing my car and they said they get a lot of complaints. I asked for manager. Nobody around. They refused to give me the number if the owner who they identified as a woman. Don't ever go to this place. read more

I Purchase three of the works car wash through Groupon. Inclusive of exterior wash/dry, interior wash and dry, windows, dashboard, cleaned, tire-shine, interior vacuum, hot wax. My interior was poorly, cleaned, the windows and dashboard were not touched or cleaned the tires were not cleaned, No wax was added to the drive-through car wash and they only use a water hose to remove the dirt off the tires and to clean the floor mat without any cleaning products, only the water. Lastly, the short employee that needed to use a step ladder to towel dry my car, used dirty, wet towels. This business does not have a sufficient staff to provide a full service car wash the employees speak limited English. They are extremely rude. This coupon was a waste of money. Groupon prevents you from posting complaints on their website. However, I feel it's important to alert other customers I would not recommend this business. read more

I love this Car Wash and I have used it a few times but I think they should Install A Hydro-Mitter and my family has no where else to go since we love this small quick tunnel. In an Emergency I would use them because they are quick and easy. This car wash should be praised for it's Miniature style and brushes. I hope they read all the reviews and Update the system. Just so happen to stumble across this car wash while pumping gas at the Shell gas station. What intrigued me was that it is one of those car washes where you can stay in your car while getting the wash! I opted for the works, which washes the exterior and cleans the interior too. While waiting, I really noticed how detailed there were about making sure my car was clean. For the first time in a long time I had no complaints after a car wash! I'm extremely picky and particular about the cleanliness of my car and I am seriously considering buying a monthly package at this car wash. I'm not sure what they're putting in their soap or where they found these attendants, but I am seriously impressed! read more

Pros: They did a good job cleaning inside my car, which was quite dirty. Everyone was very nice. For that I'll give 3 stars. Cons: only 2 people working on the cars. Not sure if its always like this? Maybe because of COVID. Needless to say, service took foreeevvverr. The car behind me reversed and left bc the wait was way too long. I'm glad I found this car wash thanks to other Yelpers!! My car wasn't too dirty, but with a black interior, it doesn't take much for it to look bad. I drove in for the wash and had a short wait. In a few minutes, they were thoroughly vacuuming the interior. After I drove it through the wash, they started on a rigorous interior cleaning. I was really impressed with all they did for the price ($20). I was even more impressed with the service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Beyond that, when I went back from some belongings I had left behind, they already had them stored in a safe place waiting for me. These guys are awesome!! Thank you! read more

This car wash is located at a shell station. It is the kind of car wash where you stay in your vehicle. The attendant cleans once with soap and brush, rinsed, and then cleans again with another soap and brush. You then go through the auto-brush system. It's quick, thorough, and the price is right! I never review places but this time I had to. I went here cause there was a bunch of good reviews and I don't know if I caught them on a bad day or they just didn't like me but I spent 30 on there premium was and I don't see much of a difference. The inside windows are still dirty, there's still hair in a bunch of places and when I asked one of them to try and get a small piece of gum off the side of my car he didn't even try or wipe it. Hate to sound like a Karen but awful waste of 30$. Terrible job read more

Went here today for the first time. All employees were pleasant. I have to say this place is the best car wash I have been to. I purchased the "Express Works" package where they clean everything with tire shine. They took their time vacuuming and were not rushed like other places. I am very fussy when it comes to the windows and they came out great first time. I think anyone will be pleased at what they have to offer.
