Jet skis were good. Overall experience was great. Unfortunately we were not warned about the tons of horseflies. It's now 3 days later. 72 hours after jet skiing. And our legs and feet are itching and burning. We haven't slept well for 3 nights. Going on 4. Do these guys not know there are thousands of horseflies biting their customers? Maybe let someone know? VMaybe supply some serious lotion and warn your $180 an hour per jet ski paying customers!! Are people really this stupid? Get it together. read more

We rented two Yamaha WaveRunners on Friday the 9th. I'll just run through the process. BOOKING: Booking is 1-2-3 via text message. We had to reschedule twice due to the weather. No issues whatsoever. Once you arrive, pull in the driveway, follow the signs, and that's it. PAPERWORK/PAYMENT: Arrive, fill out a quick waiver, and you're good-to-go. I didn't read the waiver but I did read the printed safety instructions, which is basically the pre-briefing in writing. Payment was $150 per, as advertised. We each had a child with us, there was no passenger charge for them, which was cool. I think the total was $326, I gave her $350. Not sure what the appropriate tip amount is, hopefully that was enough. Thinking about it after-the-fact, she sits out there for an hour, so I don't know, should have tossed her a few more dollars. SAFETY BRIEFING: Mackenzie did the pre-briefing, basic stuff, mostly common-sense. We were the only renters during that slot, so we were out in no time. EQUIPMENT/RIDE: She gave me the new Yamaha, which was awesome. Either way, most of their equipment looks new. The ride out took about 10-minutes I'd say and once she anchors, you get a full hour from that point, they don't deduct the time to get out there, which is cool. We followed her out, she anchored, and that was it. We had fun. I've been riding for about 10-years, I've never once flipped. I flipped once this time and almost a second. We were tossed off the second time as well, might as well consider it a flip. Flipping the WaveRunner back over is simple, just grab the strap at the rear, and pull. It was about 85-degrees that day but riding after getting wet kind of sucked, it was pretty cold for a good 15-minutes. We dried off quickly though and all was good. The WaveRunners were powerful. I have to watch the video but if I remember correctly, top speed was 44MPH. Might have been 37MPH; one or the other. :0) OVERALL: Great experience, Mackenzie and the others there are very nice, laid-back, no issues whatsoever, this will be our go-to rental spot moving forward. read more

Equipment is good, Yamaha VX but Customer Service sucks! Their website shows 3 persons waverunner but when we got there, the staff said 2 person max. After speaking to the owner, she finally allowed 3 persons with a combine weight of 295 lbs, well below the 320 maximum. Then it came the issue of choosing the craft, she was going to gave us an old craft with ducktape on the side (to secure a damaged body parts), when I asked for a newer craft, she (suffice to say) did not obliged gladly. Also, she was rushing us to make a decision, saying that she is running late. We were there 15 mins before the appointed time and was waiting for her 10-15 mins. I would expect a crappy customer service if the fee is cheap, if I'm paying an average/above-average price, I expect a matching service. read more

We came during the summer and had a great day with them. Very helpful and prompt, we weren't sitting their wasting our water time waiting on people. They were very clear about that. Price is reasonable and you get to tool around the Great South Bay to yourselves. read more

Cloudy day, water was rough and still had an amazing jet ski experience. Staff was incredible at explaining safety and machine operation thoroughly. New jet skis ran flawlessly and your "hour" doesn't start until you're out on open water. What a fun way to spend an hour!! read more

Really friendly staff. Chris, the guy on duty had already packed up for the day, when we showed up without a reservation, he was kind enough to reopen shop and provide us with the jetskis. And he was quite patient while instructing us how to use the jetskis. The best deal is the rainy day special for 50% off the rental price. read more

This adventure was lots of fun! The great experience began before we even got on the jet ski. The staff was very responsible, fun, and made the whole process easy. I come once a year with my kids. We love this place. I think their jet skis were all 2016 Yamaha's. It's not a tour so you can ride around and you aren't roped off. I definitely recommend renting from them. read more
