When the owner Angela and the crew began to work on the house she texted me from another room (that she saw I was crying in) that she was going to increase the price by 40 % (and charge $350) because while I cleaned the house several times between sleeping by my father's side, watching him die, burying him, planning his funeral and grieving, I hadn't cleaned underneath the furniture for the cleaning crew. It is very disgusting and literally made me sick to my stomach to see how money can completely remove the humanity in people. Not to mention she is hired to clean!!! To expect that I would have been moving my bed and cleaning underneath furniture before she arrived when I just told her my father died is a bit ridiculous and unprofessional.

Again, I give her some grace and tell her it is fine as I have taken some time off from work in preparation for the cleaning. She ends up being 2 hours late but that is not the most shocking moment of this severely bizarre and unprofessional service. She shows up to my door two hours late. Takes one look at me in disgust as if she has never seen a black person before. I show her around the house. She then proceeds to lie and say she has to get more cleaning things from her car and then drives off. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life neither have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot help but to have lived through this humiliation but let this be a warning for anyone else trying to book with this cleaning service. I wish I could give zero stars.
