Nancy, Earl and Jaylon (trainee extraordinaire!) were, from start to finish, professional, thorough and some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I'm prepping my late aunt's apartment to sell, and they were meticulous in cleaning everything, including baseboards and ceiling fans I hardly ever noticed before, not to mention making sure things were spotless by cleaning them more than once or even twice, in some cases. They even offered to change light bulbs and remove trash bags for me. The original estimated time for the job was about 3-1/2 hours, but they stayed over 6 to get the job done, and were as cheerful and polite at the end of those hours of hard work as when they first arrived.
