I thought her bed was a little dirty (on the door part), and she didn't offer me a blanket or a basket to put my things in. I am used to NYC lash experiences where the lash ladies are very attentive. I could almost overlook those small discrepancies -- but my lashes look just okay, she didn't go all of the way to the edge of my lashes! She left about 15 lashes empty on the outside corners of my eyes! Also, she didn't consult with me. She didn't ask which kind of curl I wanted, how long, or how thick. She just started applying! I was shocked! So when I chimed in and told her what kind of look I was hoping to achieve she just said, "okay".

Romana also doesn't treat the employees that well. She doesn't even allow you to tip if you pay with debit or visa? When I asked why, they said they didn't have an accountant and they ended up paying tax on that money?
