When i went back (in less than 24hrs) to get it fixed the manager was very rude and the aesthetician (Natalie) put the wrong color and the chip is visible. When i asked them to remove it completely so that i can get it done somewhere else and they can keep the money for the service if they want. In response the manager asked me to leave. I am hoping the salon will have the decency to contact me and apologize. I have pictures of the mess made, if the owner would like to see it. I was reminded why I came back. The spa is tucked away at the very back of the salon, hidden by frosted glass. It is serene, with muted lighted and relaxing music. The pedicure area reminds me of a Roman bath with the tile and cushions. Maha and Tacita were wonderful and attentive, both very fun and talented ladies. I especially appreciated Tacita who gave extra attention to my (very shy) daughter's feet, with very patient exfoliation and an extended foot rub. Maha has a very gentle touch, and when she massaged my hands it was the perfect end to a long day. I will admit that I gravitated to the Asian nail salons in the past based on price. I must say that the prices at Tonyc are not that much higher and can be the same if they are running a special. The products used are not harsh and the air does not have the pervasive solvent smell so common in many nail salons.
