The prices seem very reasonable too, I have had by dog neutered, vaccinated and treated for a scrape here and I have always been worried about the price yet it seems great. My dog gets emails monthly for his flea/worming tablet which is a great reminder! They were able to micro chip my dog immediately after we had a little 'houdini' incident. They just always seem to recognise and care about your pet which makes you feel great! I would highly recommend Mere Road for your precious pets!

Always helpful staff and the prices they charged were very reasonable prices too - cheaper than other places nearby. They have their own private parking outside the surgery and so everything is easy and convenient. There was a time when the staff where all to happy to help & friendly but now seem to not care about customer service, the only word i could use to describe them is moody. One particular member of staff puts me off going to the store because of his manner, tone and the bull s*** that comes out of his mouth. that member of staff is Ph** (i wont disclose his name fully). I have also noted on occasion when a customer would ask for advice and when the customer has left the member of staff (the store manager in fact) has (for lack of a better word) slagged off said customer which is a very poor way to run a business Also the price on general supplies (although getting better) is still far behind its competitors. The reptiles and other species of animals that they sell/display are always well looked after and there is no fault there. Overall experience: The Reptile Room is a great place to visit and check out all of the great animals that they sell, but if your buying lower end (cheap) reptiles don't expect full customer service. p.s This review comes from a long time fan of The Reptile Room and as such if they read it, should consider it at length to not lose custom
