We made it clear that the tree would not be accessible from our property due to structure layout and our own ongoing work, and the day of we received a call demanding we move our storage pod, construction material, and machinery from our own driveway to facilitate their access, and were threatened with fees otherwise. We refused their unreasonable request and they relented. They left the remains of the tree on the public roadway for several days. We later received a phonecall when we were out of town demanding same day payment, and strongarming us into paying by credit card over the phone as they absolutely could not wait until the end of the month, nor even for our return. Weeks later we received a bill from the crane operator stating that HH had not paid them despite listing crane operation fees in the original bid. They then sent us a *doctored* copy of the form with a low quality typed text box copied and pasted over their handwriting stating that crane fees were not included and would be billed separately. We will be keeping the original carbon copy for our records. Complete clown show. Avoid at all costs!

He recently removed a dying ash tree for me that was right next to my sunroom (lots of potential shattered glass) and leaning over my roof. Chris does maintenance cabling/trimming on a neighbor's huge bracket backyard cottonwood tree and removed two huge cottonwoods for my next door neighbor last year, so he was highly recommended. Pricing was also very manageable; of about 7 total quotes, Reinholt was among the less expensive group that was willing to remove the tree by climbing rather than with a crane. I delayed the job by about 6 months from the time I got the quotes and had some communication misses when I went to reinstate contact, but we cleared that up painlessly. Chris showed up with a crew of 4 guys. Within 90 minutes the tree was down and they'd cleaned up and moved on to the next job. Everyone was polite, mindful of the landscaping and they definitely left the area cleaner than they found it. They brought what looked like 3/4 or full inch-thick sheets of plywood to protect the windows and left no damage. As a female homeowner with no "man of the house" contractors can be challenging, but Chris is not one of those and I definitely recommend him.

They did the immediate cleanup up and came back for the large removal project. It could not have gone better. Fast forward 2 years and we needed to remove our last 2 conifers for wildfire mitigation in a high risk neighborhood. I called them back as I feel they are the best arborists around. Locally owned and staffed. The set up for the project went well, the timing perfect for summer between the move out of last year's students and the arrival for the upcoming year. The house closest to the tree is the house next to ours which is student rental home for CU off campus housing. When they are between summer moves , there are fewer parking issues as well as not interfering with their lifestyle. The team came this morning m, right in time, having procured the no parking signs for such work and having the utilities locators done in advance. The work when exceeding well, removing the already broken spruce and the aging and badly place piñon pine, too close to our house. The team of arborists were amazing. I would certainly use them again if I could but I am out of trees that will ever need removals. Call this place first if you are ever in need. In Colorado, we are facing terrible wildfire risks and all communities will need evaluation. In this area, Blue River can't be beat.

He was prompt in showing up to cut down and remove the dead trees. He came back very early in the morning to do the stump grinding. We were still sleeping, so unable to go out and check on work. We paid him additional money to do this, even though the original "contract" included grinding the stumps. His employees broke a drain pipe when wheeling the dead tree to their truck. He said he'd come back very soon and fix it. It is now June and we have not heard back from him. When we try to call him, his voice mail is full! We had a new landscape firm provide us replacement trees and do the planting. They charged us an extra $100 per tree because Jimenez Tree Removal did not grind the stumps the way they should have - they only went down a few inches. Our drain pipe is still cracked. We do not recommend hiring this company - they will over charge and not do the work they promised.

They thought it would be a good idea to drive their big heavy heavy truck up onto my property and broke my concrete sidewalk (about 4 ft x 2.5 ft plus gutter section). The damage was clearly fresh I have photos. They admitted responsibility but only offered a $200 discount. They even told me they do concrete work, yet they refused to fix the damage themselves. When I pushed for a proper repair (my concrete contractor quoted ~$600 to match the new pour), they walked off the job after removing just one tree, said they "don't like people taking advantage of them," as if I'm the one who told them to drive the truck up on my property and break my concrete. Also they have refused multiple requests for their Certificate of Insurance. I'm now forced to handle the repair myself and search for another tree removal contractor and they're all really busy right now with the weather we just had. Please avoid this company. Demand insurance proof upfront, and consider other companies, I would not recommend this company if you value professionalism, accountability, or proper insurance documentation. Just wanted to warn others -- be very careful with access instructions and get insurance details in writing upfront.
