I had called Rita-Rooter in Jan 2026 because our sewer had backed up and I couldn't get a clog out…read more He came and got the clog out but said he would come back with his camera and would get ahold of me the following week. By the next week I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and he had said he forgot all about me. He then said he could come by the following day and to give him a call to see where he was. I did, and was told he could come by later that day. Later that evening he still hadn't showed so I called back again, he said he couldn't make it. We arranged for the next day even set a time and Brian never called or showed up. Terrible!! I would not recommend this company if you want things done in a timely manner or at all.
