It was not crowded and while a gathering of staff stood around talking with each other, the tables went unattended. Water without ice, no refills, I had to get out of my seat several times to ask for something. The lobster bisque was literally burnt and when I told the staff to please let the kitchen know, nothing happened. No one checked on us after the meal was served. No one asked for a drink refill, cleared dirty dishes, my husband had to get up to ask for a soda. All this occurred while the staff stood around doing seemingly nothing. We were shocked. If I wanted to go to a restaurant chain, I'd expect this type of service but not at, The Port Royal Club. The staff have obviously not been properly trained in fine dining.

The playground is nice with your typical swings and play area with monkey bars etc. They do have a Little Rock Climbing structure and some spinning items that make it fun for the kiddos. Excellent place that has a lot to offer or to just relax and sight see. The con is, the playground has a lot of fire ants that are crawling on some of the play areas and the benches. It would be nice if this was addressed as we've been here many of times and the problem still exist. Besides that, a wonderful place to spend the day!
