Let's just say, everything was AHH-MAZING!! We were greeted promptly and were told we could seat ourselves- Thursday about 7pm- so not busy. Manny was so friendly and helpful in getting our drinks while Darby knocked it out of the park as our waitress. She made us feel right at home and kept on top of our needs, requests and questions. Impressive young woman- super friendly and knowledgeable. And things just got better from there. From the wings to the milkstout beer...simply delish. Our group of four began our scrumptious meal with the Houston hot wings, parmesan garlic wings, and fried pickles. Yummy even without the ranch. The Houston hot is simply smoky, zingy and kickin'. The parm/garlic is a wet sauce which for us deep southerners (we are visiting from GA) was unexpected but definitely a new fave. And O My Goodness the thick cut fried pickles were to die for We could have left happily content at this point but we had ordered meals: 2 Longshot burgers, 1 cheeseburger and the hamburgersteak. Side salads were basic field greens, cucmber, tomato and cheese. Side of mac n cheese so good extra was ordered. Can't comment on baked potato as it never got opened. Both guys loved their Longshot Burger- both had to eat the jalepeño poppers on the side bc it made the burger too tall to eat. The cheeseburger came with lots of fresh trimmings and did not disappoint either. The hamburger steak was cooked perfectly medium, juicy and tender and it was huge (took up 2/3's of the plate. Chipotle citrus bbq sauce was so good .. sweet, hot. I ordered the pineapple express subbed with grilled chicken. On my it was tasty :) .. even the pineapples were grilled. The food was good, the ranch and ketchup was good. The service was not very good to say the least. We waited 30 minutes just for a refill and most of our drinks weren't right. Nothing special about this place. I ordered a burger I asked for grilled onions didn't get them. The burger came out extremely quick, which was kind of a red flag. It was just bread and the burger and I paid extra for bacon that was so old and burnt, not good bacon. The condiments are on the side and the lettuce tomato are also on the side under the onion rings so the lettuce was wilted and gross. You had to assemble your burger and put your condiments on yourself which doesn't make sense to me. The burger patty was disgusting. It tasted like a frozen patty from Costco. here we are in the middle of cattle country in Oklahoma and they can't even serve fresh ground beef. The meat was so over cooked. It wasn't a trip of juice in it. Disgusting. Onion rings were pretty good and I did eat it all because I'm hungry, but I would never go back. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way from Texas to Kansas. This is one of the BEST places I have eaten at in a while (and being on the road so much, that is saying a lot!)... great food & great service. Can't say that about many restaurants these days. Very good "specialty" drink menu, large liquor selection. Ordered the loaded fries with pulled pork - probably the best I've ever had. I had the Pineapple Express burger & salad, husband ordered the chicken Swiss sandwich & mac 'n cheese. Both sandwiches were good. Their Mac 'n cheese was great! I am conflicted writing this review. This is the first time we have eaten at this establishment. My husband had heard good things about it and we hadn't all eaten out together since Covid hit so the two of us and our college age son son decided to give it a try. We ordered two appetizers - fried pickles and loaded fries. The loaded fries were quite good. The pickles were in spears and there were only 5 or 6 per order. They were ok. Both the men ate rib eye steaks and I opted for my usual chicken fry. Both said their steaks were quite good. My chicken fry was not to my liking but it wasn't awful so I didn't complain. The loaded mashed potato side was wonderful. We each had two mixed drinks. I felt they were a bit light on the liquor but passable. Now the bad - there were absolutely NO Covid safety measures. We three were the only ones wearing masks. None of the staff wore masks, no customers coming in had masks, no customers already there wore masks. I don't expect masks while eating but it was obvious there was no procedure in place for protection. Customers were seated at tables next to each other although spacing was available. Salt and pepper shakers were already on the table. Most restaurants I have been to since Covid bring condiments to the table upon request and salt and pepper in disposable packets. I have no clue how many clean and unclean hands had held these shakers. Menus were brought to us and upon pick up they were carried directly to other tables. If they didn't clean them upon picking them up from us, I doubt they were cleaned before they were brought to us. The staff was friendly. The food was decent. The prices reasonable. The care for safety was nonexistent. I would be able to rate this higher if the world wasn't in the state it is in. When life changes and Covid is in the past, I will eat here again. At this time though, I would say you eat at your own risk. We should have turned and walked away but after driving over an hour to get to the establishment my husband and son really wanted to eat. If we get sick, it is our fault for staying but I'll feel better in two weeks when I know we didn't catch anything. read more

I've been coming to Woodward periodically over the last 5 years and am usually disappointed that this town is lacking in any decent place to eat. Why have I never heard of this place until now? This is the best kept secret in Woodward. One of the classiest looking Sports bars I've been to. The service is friendly and attentive. The hands down best selection of beer in town.
