This business changed the form without telling me nor consulting and never called when it was done. They are non-responsive and extremely difficult to get a hold of and was unapologetic when he admitted to ordering the wrong form. On top of that, my 140" whitetail looks like a Coues deer. Pricing on the website is inaccurate and when I asked for a price match to his own website he got offended. This work should have been free. Absolutely disgrace.

After 2 months I tried calling him on several days and different times during the day. He never answers the phone, and his voice mail is full and will not accept any new messages. I stopped by his house to ask about my simple mount. He said it would take 9 months to a year because other customers he has. He gave me my deposit back and I took my antlers with me.

Friendly staff. The woman was very helpful in assisting me in picking out a cow hide rug. She flipped through all of them so I could pick the best one to my liking. The price for the rug was fair I do believe. I have always wanted one so I finally went for it. It's beautiful! Their prices vary depending on what you're looking for. Like any place some good prices and some high prices. We enjoyed our visit to this store!
