It took me 7 long months of failed attempts with 3 businesses (1 that I previously worked with and 2 who came highly recommended) before I came across JLS Design and Graphics. I called and left a voicemail and received a prompt response. From then on, all correspondence was via email (which is what I preferred). I sent him my logo, a photo/dimensions of the area I wanted to display the sign, and asked for his recs. His recommendation was spot-on and captured my vision perfectly. The mock up was beautiful, pricing was extremely fair, and the sign came and was installed exactly 3 weeks after I placed the order. My sign is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and perfect quality. (I'm a stickler for detail and there was not one single smudge, dent, or nick on the sign.) Omar and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) were quick to install the sign and were happy to make adjustments until I was 100% satisfied. I'm so pleased with the sign and my entire experience with JLS. Thank you, Jerry, Omar, and team! My only regret is not working with Jerry sooner, and for every sign.

Upon arriving, you will be greeted by a much knowledgeable staff that has been there and really enjoys what they do! They are friendly, caring, and very accommodating! They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are very happy. I was struggling to find sweatshirts for my son as the backlog at the online BSN sports was over 2 1/2 months wait so I got a sweatshirt embroidered with the letter L and it turned out beautifullyi am very happy that I found Monograms by K & K. The honestly wasted my time. I dropped my watch off a week ago to have a few dial markers…read morereattached and the watch itself repaired. Only the dial markers were reattached, and now there is no longer time to have the watch repaired before I need to wear it for an event. I could have had it repaired elsewhere in the same amount of time if they had let me know it would not be possible to repair it while it was in their possession. I'm honestly super upset to come back to pay for my watch to be repaired and learn that it still doesn't work. I didn't assume that keeping time was part of the service, I specifically asked for it to be able to keep time as part of the work order. No one called me, no one communicated that this would not be done. Instead they just played with my watch while real professionals could have been repairing it. Very upsetting.

This company LOST part of my bracelet that I was getting restrung. They tried to replace the…read moremissing parts, but it never really was the same. When I raised the issue with the manager, he blew me off by saying, "Mistakes happen. We replaced your beads, so I don't know what you're so upset about. We've lost gold and diamonds before, so I don't know what your problem is." I explained he seemed to be taking his staff's side and that he wasn't trying to understand my perspective. Their "substitute effort" required multiple trips and phone calls on my part, taking time I didn't have. He just shrugged his shoulders. I told him I would be lodging a complaint with the BBB, and that he had lost a customer. He replied, "We won't accept your business here any more either." The staff was not only careless with my bracelet, but rude as well. They have lost a customer for life.
