I bought the full package (planning and design) which meant she worked with me to plan every detail of the wedding and was with me on the wedding day all day long. She was there before and after also! She is a very hard worker!! She really does go above and beyond what anyone would ever expect!! During the planning process we met for hours many days! She can help you as much or as little as you needed. She brought me to pick out the venue, cake, flowers, all the details like that! On the wedding day she brought a wonderful team. While we were getting ready in the morning she brought everyone together and we prayed!! That was really meaningful to me! My wedding day was really relaxing and we were able to enjoy the day because of her! She does everything and I really mean everything!!! I feel like I don't have the words to even express her kindness and all that she did! My guests said things like "this wedding belongs in a magazine, "this is the best night of my life, "this is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to". It really was a beautiful magical romantic wedding!! She made it so meaningful to me and our families. She gave me a million dollar wedding!! She helped me save so much money also. The wedding looked like expensive but we had a budget. She knows where and how to save you money. I would never have had a wedding like that with out her. She made the flower girl baskets, designed the invitations, menus, save the date. She helped me pick every single song to be played, every single detail she was there! She made us a webpage with all our pictures, a countdown and details of the wedding. I told her the story of how we met and she wrote it into our love story on the webpage with all our favorite songs. She knows how to make everything unique and special for you! We provided written feedback with clear goals and deliverables multiple times, went over them with her and her development team on a call, and she consistently promised updates with new ETA's and then failed to meet them over a period of nearly 1 month. When we pointed out that our expectations were not met, she become confrontational and accused us of moving the due dates as the reason she couldn't deliver when she is the one that set and agreed to the dates. After the month, we formally requested our money back and she refused. Upon further research, we discovered that her company, C.O.V.E. Media, Inc. does not appear to be registered in NY or FL despite the fact that she is operating out of NYC in Yonkers. This YELP page is the only reference we could find to her online with regard to her marketing business other than her website www.cove-media.com. Since the company does not appear to exist there is no way to sue them outside of a personal lawsuit against her. As her corporation does not appear to be registered anywhere, it may be fraudulent. Our recommendation is avoid her and this company.

I'm so glad I took the risk and I was very grateful for my experience. The photos came out great and our ceremony was so perfect and intimate. We chose this company because it was affordable, the had a special going for the tiki parasol package. We wanted to elope but wanted an intimate beach ceremony. We requested a sunset wedding and the timing they accommodated us with was perfect. There ended up being two photographers who captured lots of different angles. They took so many photos my jaws hurt from smiling (lol) but I was very thankful for them all later. I must also mention I opted out of the silk bouquet and created my own because they didn't offer sunflowers. I will say there are two items from the package I never received: Personalized keepsake copy of vows Personalized keepsake marriage certificate Other than that I had a great experience and was able to get digital copies of all my photos for $99 (300+ photos, the package only included 75) If you want something small and intimate this is the way to go. If you want a big beach wedding you might not get what you expect from them... ever heard of you get what you pay for? Well it's true and you can't expect fancy, extravagant things when you don't pay an extravagant price for them.
