The best way I've thought of to describe the service offered by Loni's Sign Service is "unbelievable". That is, "unbelievably terrible". When moving offices back in March, we ordered a vinyl graphic for our windows. We had been recommended to go with Loni (instead of the sign company we normally used), so we overlooked the fact that their estimator was both late and unprofessional towards our staff, and the fact that the "quote" was a PDF with a price hastily edited on top of the photo of our building. We approved the quote, and they came out to install the graphics. Again, the representative was late. Once installed, the graphics looked OK (they were printed correctly), but were in window perf instead of printed vinyl. (A recommendation by the Loni's Sign Service employees at time of quoting.) While this looks good on our company vehicle, it didn't look good on the building windows, and you could clearly see the blinds behind it. (Something that would have been nice to be warned of ahead of time) Never the less, we sent in payment, called it good, and learned to live with the "pretty good" looking vinyls we'd just purchased. However, the real "terrible" part came months after the fact. Three months, to be exact. Three months later, having not heard a single word from Loni or her staff since the install, her husband decided to take it upon himself to call me, demanding that I bring him a check "right f*cking now", and claiming adamantly that "you never paid us a damn cent". After I informed him that I HAD in fact paid, and that I could provide proof of such payment, I was told "Well, you have 24 hours to bring that to me, or I'll take a razorblade to you AND your business, and we'll see how you feel about stiffing me on my bills in the future". Then, no more than 15 minutes later, our security cameras captured footage of him removing the vinyls from our windows. Repeated attempts to contact Loni since this incident have proven unsuccessful, and the staff at Loni's Sign Service appears to have no desire whatsoever to provide ANY customer service. So, we'll move back to an actually reputable company with quality products, who also employs quality people. Stay away, at all costs... read more
