He does a good job of explaining pests, where and when they come in. We just don't have many spiders or any other critters in the house anymore. Early on he was very responsive with ant baits for us, even coming by in between visits to refill them. This year we've been dealing with a major rat infestation, thanks to our neighbor who has chickens.
