The people in the office put us in touch with the regional manager and they came back that night and took care of the issue with no questions or any additional charges. A few days after they planted, we had some grass seed wash out due to heavy rains so we emailed to check on what type of grass seed they used so we could replant. A day or two later, a crew showed up and put some new seed down for us which was much appreciated.

The day after the work was performed it rained, it was pretty heavy but we did not have any kind of storm warnings associated with it. Most of the hydro mulch grass seed washed away to edge of work area. We called the next day and asked them to come take a look. As far as I know no one did. After another call they said lets just wait for a few days keep watering and let's see what it does. After a few more calls and about three weeks all we had was weeds. When I called they said that for $380 they could come kill the weeds and replant grass seed.

Foolishly we trusted him and gave him the down payment. He set 2 dates to do the work and he didn't show either time, wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. Finally in a cowardly fashion he sent my wife a text stating he was keeping the down payment and would not being doing the job, he also stated because he's an LLC he had the right to steal our money and there was nothing we could do about it.
