I went in for a gel pedicure, the salon was very busy and I was ok waiting, however they seemed to keep accepting walk ins and people with appointments were still sitting waiting for their turn. I was then sat down in a chair and my feet soaked for about 10 minutes before someone came to work on me. They did not scrub my feet at all. They took my feet out of the water and immediately began painting my toes. I was in and out in about 45 minutes (including my wait time) and was charged $60 for the pedicure. I typically always tip but I didn't tip that day as I felt like the service was not great. I understand they want a lot of business, however, the quality of their work has declined in order to fit everyone in and I can't justify the price point unfortunately.

You walk in and it is gorgeous with the most calming music playing while you get your nails/toes done. Their waiting area is super cute and their prices are super affordable. Starting price for a pedi is $33+. The sweet girl who did my pedi today was super gentle and did an amazing job. From the way she massaged my leg to how she brushed and cut my nails. Super relaxing. I was long overdue for my pedicure and I'm glad to have chosen sky nails today!

In the mean time, another customer had come in and she was also called to a bowl. For some reason, someone started working on her first. Ten minutes later and still no start to my pedicure but my feet were wet. I tried to get someone's attention because at that point I needed to leave to get to another engagement. After some communication issues, I did finally receive a towel and one of the workers did at least apologize. I guess my question is, why offer on line appointments if you do not honor them.
