My Daughter in-law took me to this Business to JUST get our nails done.She(in my O~pinion was 'done' in far better form than i)To Oriental Ladys took care of her intermittently,while a young white lady did mine.Tho we had different designs hers was much more professional.My DnL went to pay,as it was her 'treat'.Cashier(one who did mine)says price was $170,she tip'd them EACH $10.And my $85 nails look like i,MYSELF, did them(in a BLIND STATE)Pic2 follow?You tell mee.. this was 3 days ago btw,I will NEVER go to this establishment in my breathing life.Save your money and go somwhere they ALLL actually kno wth they doin.First pic(shud b wat i liked and asked fer)and second is the REAL nails.Look at the glue VISIBLE round my nails and looks like the 'nail' doesant fit my nail bed,you decide.. is it REALLY worth $85, or should i have just done it MYSELF!I seen someone else comment(as i had forgotten)they did NOT use sanitory or disinfect the Nail tools,just used the same one from someone else.Health Inspector needed! This used to be my go to place, however, more recently the services have not matched the higher price point. I went in for a gel pedicure, the salon was very busy and I was ok waiting, however they seemed to keep accepting walk ins and people with appointments were still sitting waiting for their turn. I was then sat down in a chair and my feet soaked for about 10 minutes before someone came to work on me. They did not scrub my feet at all. They took my feet out of the water and immediately began painting my toes. I was in and out in about 45 minutes (including my wait time) and was charged $60 for the pedicure. I typically always tip but I didn't tip that day as I felt like the service was not great. I understand they want a lot of business, however, the quality of their work has declined in order to fit everyone in and I can't justify the price point unfortunately. read more

Had a wonderful, relaxing experience at 380 Nails. I had a pedicure and manicure and I appreciated the time they took on my fingers and toes (not all nail salons do) and made sure they looked great. Very modern clean and well lite. Several different options for cutting your nails. Sterilized tools and plastic insert for foot basin. Basic means basic, no cuticle cleaning or shaping, even though the sheet says so. $65 for a mani/pedi seems expensive. Limited parking and no handicap parking close to door. Parking lot on north side of building makes no sense as you can't access the business. City should have mandated a much bigger parking lot, especially with a Mexican restaurant that will eventually use up All of the parking. Nice business for growing city of Tiffin. Chairs in front of the store will get chilly this winter as there is no buffer door. Quiet and not very interactive. Very nice massage chairs, but kinda close together. read more

Emily and her staff were very welcoming to our walk-in group of 3 (of course an appointment is always best!) They take their time so create time for yourself to enjoy the huge massage chairs and TLC! Was in town visiting family and chose this location because it was close. The place was not busy at all but we still felt rushed. I asked for a basic pedi and little did I know that really did mean basic compared to most salons. Didn't even take the time to use the tool under my nails to get the gunk out (you all know what I mean). Literally just a cut, file, and polish. Scrubbed feet for 2 seconds, laid hot towels on my legs for 2 seconds, then called it good. For $40 not worth it at all. Then onto my nails. Let me preface this by saying I know how to do my own dip at home but since we were traveling I thought we should just go get them done. This lady went so fast and poorly executed. She was slapping my hand to get the powder off, got super glue all over my finger pads and had to use acetone to get it off. Didn't bother trying to clean up any of the other stuff piled under the nail from her messy work (see photos). Then when I was inspecting my nails and asking her to file some more she asked me rudely "have you ever had fake tips before?" Acting like I was wrong for questioning her work. I had to take the file and attempt to shape them myself. $65 for this dip manicure that I could've done better at home. Also note that their manicure tools were not single use or sanitized. She was reusing cuticle cutters and sanding bands for multiple people. Unsanitary. Wish there was a review like this on here before I wasted my time and money going here. read more

This place is inconsistent and falsely advertises!! They skip steps!! The basic pedicure is suppose to come with a mineral salt soak. They never added anything to my water both times. They massage with the sea salt but don't do lotion and massage to your feet afterwards? Same with a basic mani. No lotion or massage at the end?? They overcharge and under deliver. I should not have to watch every step to make sure you are doing what I expect from your list of services. And still be expected to pay you. They will not see another dollar from me! I don't care that they are the only salon in Tiffin, my area. I'll drive to Coralville Mall!!! Much better and thorough service at the nail salon there! Better pricing and attitude! Pay attention to your customers and don't assume anything!! Ask me! I would have paid for the e works but you assumed I wanted basic and if that's what basic pedi is for $40.
