Today I went to Outlooks for Hair to get my hair cut and eyebrows done. The door had said walk-in's…read morewelcome so I went in and asked if they would be able to wash, cut, dry and style (loose curls) my hair and get my eyebrows waxed. They said that they would be able to. I saw Aubrey, also the store manager. She was not kind at all and said very few things, while all the other stylists seemed very kind and talkative. I could tell that she did not want to be there and I was highly unsatisfied with her attitude and customer relations. She then ran out of time and said she could not curl my hair because it would take too long. What I wanted to be a relaxing day to get my hair and eyebrows done was quickly ruined and cut short. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
