I had two other leveling contractors try to fix the issues through the years, only to have the issues recur and damage drywall and other structures in the home. Mr. Hernandez, owner of SFE, was obviously very knowledgeable of his trade, various methods appropriate for each situation and even other issues that affect foundations. He talked me through each step before starting, and again as he completed the job. Mr. Hernandez and his entire crew were highly professional, always on time and most courteous. They also cleaned the worksite each day before leaving. It was obvious that the finished product of his work was very well done. I have little doubt that this will finally solve my foundation problems. In addition, SFE provides a 3-year warranty. This is a quality company operated by a trustworthy owner, that this area will continue to need. Highly recommended!

I recently used this company (2025) for roof replacement. I don't have any complaints with the…read moreactual work performed, just issues with documentation and response to the customer concerns and/or assistance. Upon completion of the roof installation. The owner wrote out a receipt which only listed my last name and a description of the work done. The receipt did not list the company name (info), my address, or my full name. I changed insurance and the insurance company wanted a copy of the receipt so that I could get a new roof discount, but they wanted a more detailed and professionally filled out receipt. I contacted the owner who said that he would reaccomplish the receipt and to remind him on the following day. On the next day I texted the owner as requested and I received no response. Several days went by and I texted him several times but no response. Due to this problem with the receipt I am unable to receive a new roof discount. I do not recommend the use of this roofing company. If you choose to contract with them I would be certain that the receipt contains all of the required information before making payment.

Brian was able to fix and repair my issue within a hour and one thing I want to add is that Brian noticed that we had holes around our chimney that could be a possible issue so he took it upon himself to seal off the holes and he honestly didn't have to do that but that just goes to show his good character. I really give this company a ZERO! I had a new roof put on my home. The job was to remove, clean…read moreand re-install my panels back on the roof. It was a disaster! After they completed a very sloppy job. My system proced 50% less than before. I called and they came back out several times and could not figure out why. After the last time they came out the system didn't work at all! They were suppose to get an adapter and come back out. Never came or called. I paid solar company out of Houston to come check my system out. With in 15 minutes they had my system working. There were two wire that were wired wrong and the on/off switch was reversed. They then inspected the panel installation. There were several panels that were not even anchored down, wires wre not clipped to the back of the panels to keep them off the roof, numerous panel were not anchored properly,the rails were not installed properly, and one panel wasn't even plugged in. The company from Houston, removed all the panels and corrected the improper installation. BOTTOM LINE: THIS IS THE WORST COMAPNY I HAVE EVER RUN ACROSS! THEY TALK A BIG STORY BUT ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE JUST DON'T CARE!!! I would not let this company even change a light bulb
