The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. During the final end of the project, he took the full amount of money and left without completing the job. He sent a text message that he was done and moving on. And then blocked us. We were left with an incomplete build that required us to hire other contractors to come in to finish. He did such a shotty job with the plumbing, it took another 4 grand for another plumber to come in and "repair" what he had done. Our lawyer advised us that we could file a civil case for him violating the contract. At that point, we were exhausted. He robbed from us...he failed to finish the job and he stole our entire summer. Beware!! He took our kindness for weakness for sure!!!
