Tech came out around 11 am and worked until around 3 pm. Cost me over 2000 dollars. 4 hours after he left, the ac froze up and quit working again. After an hour and having received no phone call, I called back. The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable.
