They did a very great job on installing my S&W SD9 VE sights and my Glock 23 Gen 4 sights.

I decided to check this place out and I'm so glad I did! It's a small shop that recently opened, but it's fully stocked with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my gun in and they got to working on it as soon as possible. With much skill and precision, my gun sights were perfectly aligned! After having them adjusted, I decided it was time for a gun cleaning and he happily did it for me with no problems. I'm not too much into guns, so there are always things to learn. They taught me important things that I should know as a gun owner. We talked for a good while about guns, competitions, and even random things like different kinds of foods! I felt like they weren't trying to sell me anything and like I have made great friends. They showed some cool laser engraving they have done on Facebook, so I asked about it. They showed me a few items that they used the laser to engrave. It's cool to see in videos, but absolutely stunning to see it in person! I definitely need to come back another time to get something engraved. Overall, a cool up-and-coming local gun shop to check out! The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any needs you may have. The prices are competitive and there are a lot things of cool things on display. Whatever you may need, they can help you order with no problems! I can't wait to see what more they have to offer in the future!

I was help by an associate there by the name of Michael, this young man no disrespect, but I feel he's younger than me, so I'll call him young man, but Michael was very instrumental and helpful in answering all of my questions. This was the first time I was able to physically do a comparison of three specific items side-by-side physically right in front of me. 2nd Amendment options. The billboard on I-10 South states they have over 7K items in stock, that might be an understatement. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it, install it, or ship it off for repair. Are you searching for an additional item for your collection, looking for something gentle use with just a slight Blem. Well drop by, they are courteous, friendly, and very professional, I highly recommend them. I am a customer.

In short? Rude and incompetent sales staff that are more interested in making a quick buck over…read moreactual customer service that could have fetched them more money. Let me explain... About a week or so ago, I went there looking for a new sidearm for my job. I work in the Armed Security field and needed something reliable bur still budget friendly, so I went there looking for a Smith & Wesson SD9VE. I had been there several times before, so I knew their selection would be pretty ample and given what I was looking for is a pretty popular firearm, I had figured they'd be the ones to have it. That was not the case. Now, initially when I walked in, the sales associate was nice enough, and when he sad they didn't have what I was looking for, I was ok with it as that kind of thing happens. He then proceeds ro ask me what I'm using it for, of which I told him. This is where things QUICKLY go sour. Without missing a beat, he hands me a Stoeger STR9 pistol... Now, for the record, in my job ita important for me to have a good working knowledge of firearms, in addition to knowledge on the support gear needed for an armed security professional. Stoeger is a good firearm, but is absolutely lacking in even a basic duty gear ecosystem. I knew this going in, so when he handed me this pistol, and I knew that even if there was, they wouldn't carry it.) I decided to see if this associate was really paying attention or just blowing smoke up my rear to make a quick sale. Me: "Is there a Level 3 Retention Holster available for this weapon?" Assoc.: "You're going to have to find that on your own." No willingness to assist, no pulling his phone out to look up the information, nothing. Hell, if he had even just plainly said 'no,' Id have been ok with it. There was ZERO customer service skill exuded. Now, juat for the record, the Smith & Wesson pistol i was in the market for is very affordable brand new, is quite popular in the firearms community, and everyone in the community knows this. Keeping in mind that I told him what I was looking for, he asked me what my budget was for my purchase, which in terms of dollars and cents, was $350.00, which is actually more than the MSRP listed. Hearing this was apparently enough to sour the sales associates already poor attitude because he quickly replied back with "Good luck, you'll never find a Smith & Wesson at that price-point." And THAT, is all it took for me to take my money elsewhere because you DO NOT treat a potential customer like they're ignorant, and you sure as hell don't get an attitude with a customer because they show knowledge that you obviously don't have. Incidentally, I did buy my Smith & Wesson at one of their competitors at a cheaper price than what I'm sure Dads would have tried selling it at. Rating 1 star only because Yelp won't let me rate less.

And 5 Galil magazines to be refinished and graphite black. I detailed very specifically what colors each magazine should be on the worksheet. First of all the refinish job is excellent. So they do do good work. The problem is apparently no one knows the difference there between a VZ58 magazine and a Galil magazine because they got the colors reversed. The issue that I have here and the reason for the bad review, is because the guy standing at the counter waiting for me to pay never offered any solution to the problem when I confronted him with it. He just stood ther stone faced and never offered any solution at all. The guy standing next to him mentioned under his breath to him that we could just redo the magazines and then turn around and walk off. But the guy standing there waiting for me to pay just stood there and looked at me stonefaced. So I paid my 200 bucks and left never to return or to recommend this business. Also this place doesn't seem to be very good with calling people back or even having the phone turned on at all. A week after I dropped the magazines off I contacted them to get a status. A female on the phone stated to me that they were really busy but that she would take my info and call me back. After several hours and close to closing time I hadn't received a call back so I called back. She told me that she lost the piece of paper with my info on it so she wasn't able to call me back. Today before heading that way from Ocean Springs I attempted to contact them by phone to verify they would be opened before heading that way. Their phone went straight to voicemail. I left a message explaining I was attempting to verify hours before heading that way but never received a call back. Guys you're a small business but this is not the way to grow your business. Eagerly charging a customer full price for an unsatisfactory job is not the way to grow your business. Anyone reading this review should think twice about doing business with this shop.
