Had them do an install for a fitness studio. 1. Sent me a…read morebill for $17,000 after I had paid the account in full, no apology for their mistake. 2. Showed up two weeks late for install and upset that other workers were on site to get the build out done on time. 3. Rushed job, "finishing" in one day rather than the two they were scheduled for. 4. Electrician and contractor had hung electrical wiring and conduit according to plans, the crew said it needed to be "higher" than the mirrors, so the work was redone. 5. Conduit and equipment were ripped down off the wall after the electrician and contractor had left for the day and damaged beyond repair. The work then had to be done for a third time, resulting in an expensive change order to my build out. 6. No chance to view their work before they left town - many issues and incomplete work. 7. They did not fasten and secure lockers against the wall as they were supposed to and this could have been a major injury, had they fallen over on someone. 8. Left a LARGE pile of trash behind the building, when they could have used the building's dumpster, causing ANOTHER additional bill from the contractor. 9. Contractor and myself have reached out to Adam Stuart, the owner, and he has clearly stated he will not cover the additional charges caused by negligence and damage done by his crew. 10. Now having to go through small claims court to try and get reimbursed for the $3,200. bill I have covered. If you have ANY other choice in who does your work, I highly suggest you use that company instead. As a single woman who spent her entire life savings and two years to develop this fitness studio, this is a major setback. I was hoping to never take it to court and am disappointed they will not work with me at all :-( UPDATE: BBB cannot get a response from them, either - please see photo.

Powder Coating last for years depending on environment but is sure to save you money in labor and attractiveness in the long run. Powder coatings are based on polymer resin systems, combined with curatives, pigments, leveling agents, flow modifiers, and other additives. These ingredients are melt mixed, cooled, and ground into a uniform powder similar to baking flour. A process called electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) is used to achieve the application of the powder coating to a metal substrate. This application method uses a spray gun, which applies an electrostatic charge to the powder particles, which are then attracted to the grounded part. After application of the powder coating, the parts enter a curing oven where, with the addition of heat, the coating chemically reacts to produce long molecular chains, resulting in high cross-link density. These molecular chains are very resistant to breakdown. Powder coatings are easy to use, environmentally friendly, cost effective, and tough!
