Bob is the Owner operator of the business and really know how to run a professional removal service.My Father in Law Passed away and we had 30 year old massive formica furniture pieces amongst other sizeable furniture. Bobs 2 workers that showed up in an hour after I spoke with Bob were true gentleman and professional as well as careful in removing the furniture and couches as well as being careful with not damaging anything else.As a true professional owner Bob showed up to help disassemble a massive formica headboard tower over 6.5 feet tall and 8 feet wide.Everything was handle with great care and respect to the premises.I feel so bad I didn't bring the 2 workers names with me back home to NY but they were respectable massive pro's.No need to shop around because Dr. Junk could have stretched this job out and gotten more money and he handled it like I've been a client forever. Big trucks, little neighborhoods, bushes, shrubs, oh my! Well BD was there for me every step of the way. They must have "cleaned up their act"... (see what I did there?) :-) Anyway, I call the number, booked the dumpster, and it all went well from there. I received an email confirmation after I ordered, and when the dumpster arrived. I even sent an email over the weekend, not really expecting a response; but I got one; inside an hour. Then, I was able to schedule the pickup online. They came and got the dumpster, and off they went. In all this, no bushes, grass, or anything else was damaged at all. The driver was very skillful! Bottom line, if I ever need a dumpster, they are the ones I will call. And if YOU need a dumpster, look no further!
