Office help does not communicate with workers and no one seems to know what's going on there. The owner said he would stop by which never happened or did when we were not here... The owner said he would replace it supposedly at his expense. He went to the nursery and purchased one a LOT SMALLER. When I received the final bill I was charged for delivery of the rhododendron. He also buried the cost of the plant in the final bill so basically I ended up paying for his workers mistake! Learned my lesson dealing with this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We had a tree planted for a memorial, and the guys were super quick to dig the hole and stayed back while we did our thing then finished, cleaned up and left while we were talking amongst ourselves and I never even noticed. The tree is thriving 2 years later. We have used them for end of season cleanup also, and they are always quick to come out for a quote then get us scheduled in.
