I called the office to report this. Five minutes had not passed before Bob Petrovic returned my call, profusely apologized and promised to have someone out right away. Within 10 minute of that call, a CLE truck was outside my home. Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then? Noah said that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied with everything.
