Booking: Nice easy, sign up system. Appointment scheduled same week, and photos turned over the next day. The photographer steven was very friendly, and communicated well in advance of appointment. Actual appointment and photos: I was a little concerned as the actual visit where photos were taken was a relatively short one (one hour for 24 photos). However, despite the brevity, the photos came out very well, and their CS was attentive to my needs..The photos came fast too, the morning following the appointment. Also was slightly surprised by the small watermark on the bottom left of the photos; however, it's extremely small, and not really visible...their dashboard system for follow up communications, and management of photos is cool, and makes it easy to book a subsequent appointment. Overall great experience, solid value, and would repeat.

We were on vacation in Florida for Spring Break and had the pleasure of meeting Daniel. He was so…read morepleasant to talk to and my husband casually asked me what he did for a living. I am so glad my husband asked the question. Daniel told us that he is a photographer and gave us a business card. Once my husband went to his website and checked out his work, we decided to hire him for a family photo session. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful and talented Daniel is. He had great ideas for our beach photo shoot, he was so patient and energetic with us and our child, he was so personable and so easy to work with. We never felt rushed. He was so kind and giving of his time. When our child got hot, tired and cranky, he told us to take a break, get something to eat and drink, and then he got right back to work without charging extra for the additional time he spent with us. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We left Florida the very next day, and Daniel had asked us for a couple of days to get the photos to us which we thought was very reasonable. We received the amazing photos the very next day. A day earlier than promised. I looked at the photos and then later the video and I teared up. He really captures the heart of our family. He captured the love, the affection, the happiness, the smiles... The pictures are so lovely that I am blowing some up on large canvases and putting them all over the house. I hired her at the very last minute for branding photography and she not only confirmed the booking right away, she even scouted a dream location for the photoshoot as well.
