We had never hired a photographer before so we were a bit unsure of how to proceed. As it turns out, we made a great choice! The photos they took were gorgeous. We've added a bunch of them to this review so you can judge for yourself. I wasn't sure I wanted an engagement shoot, but in retrospect it was a really good way to get to know our photographers and to get comfortable with them before the the big day. We went to the top of a mountain in Marin, and Tanya and Victor made great use of the natural beauty of the place. Before the wedding, Tanya and Victor were very responsive to our emails and were flexible enough to come up to visit the venue the week before and scout out some of the locations for photos. The day of the wedding, they managed to get so many beautiful photos while remaining fairly unobtrusive. Our guests even commented on how great they were to have around, and they would pull the photographers aside to get family photos done during the cocktail hour. This was so nice for us, because we had a lot of family that hadn't seen each other in a very long time and it was an exciting reunion. What really stood out for us (besides the incredible quality of photography) was how amazing Tanya and Victor were to work with. Besides being well organized, talented, responsive, and punctual (a dream when planning a wedding), they are just the absolute sweetest people you could imagine.
