However, as soon as his final check was cashed, he was evasive in when we would get the rest of our package that included albums for our parents, a wall photo for us and all of our negatives. I have left multiple messages and have not even been granted the respect of a return phone call. None of his assistants have followed through with getting us our packages, even though they promised in several different emails. Our kids ask to see our wedding pictures and we can't share any from that day with them. We would not recommend him or his type of customer service to anyone!
