I came here a few months ago for the first time as I learned that this boutique serves as a drop off for Duffy's dry cleaners. Although I use a dry cleaning service in Lima, sometimes I just don't want to make the drive. Its pretty convenient to have one in town and have used them on several occasions. She did but at that point her attitude changed and she just wanted me to leave. I told the manager on the way but she seemed not to care. I called their customer service line and told them what happened and how concerned I was that other stores were like that. She told me that she hears from employees and store managers all the time and everything is fine. I said do you go to these stores personally and how do you know they are not lying to you? I think this store needs to be closed and have a doctor or nurse come in and teach them a hygiene course.

As a wheelchair user, it was a little bit difficult to get around, but the ladies working really helped me out by moving things as much as they could by bringing me clothes to look at and choose.
