Most recently I came in to find a birthday gift for a friend and order a Christmas centerpiece for my mother in law. I entered the shop and noticed there were a couple of ladies working. I was not greeted at all, no eye contact even. It was as if I wasn't there. I walked around the entire store hoping they'd make contact with me but for a half an hour, I got nothing. As I was walking through, one of the employees walked past me holding a box of some sort and as she walked behind me, she let her elbow rub along my back as if I was in her way. No excuse me, no I'm sorry. I didn't know what to think! I was so terribly disappointed by my visit that I don't think I will be back for some time if ever.

She said she could do what she wanted and we could do nothing about it. And she will not pay the 50% she was to pay us on a sale. The item was a mid-1860s cabinet/sink that was appraised for $3000 three years ago. We agreed to sell it for $1500 and no lower giving us $750 (a big loss). She had an offer of $800 and we said no but she said we have NO say and she was selling it anyway. She has more of our items and will not let us take anything back. She is a thief. We have witnesses and documentation. Please do not do business with this person.

So to begin I do love perfect pet and I love bringing my dog in for their events and I like to shop…read morethere this has nothing to do with the experience I've had in store. I brought my dog to the canine Commons in Bluffton... the PUBLIC dog park. As I was walking in with my dog a trainer from perfect pet and the family she was with brought with their two dogs there for a training session. The trainer failed to acknowledge our presence at all and the presence of our dog. Meanwhile my dog was trying to say hello while we kept him on a leash to the two smaller dogs. All three dogs began to play around and run and have a good time. My dog ran up to the trainer to say hi and she tried put her knee into his chest while I was trying to grab him to stop running. I was very uncomfortable with this and I really wanted to call her out but I didn't want to make the couple that was with her feel uncomfortable for the rest of their training session that didn't start. I will never ever come to perfect pet again I will never use their services I was very uncomfortable with this experience! You should not touch my dog if he not being unruly. I understand you can put your hand up if he's jumping on you push him down I would do that to someone else this is dog too but putting your knee forcefully into someone else's dog you don't know is unacceptable especially from a trainer from a pet store that is local and secondly why are you doing training sessions a public dog park that doesn't make any sense to me. How can you expect to go to a local-public park for training sessions and not expect other pups to be there and interested in the dogs you are training?! She was blonde and very unpleasant. All she had to do was tell us what she was doing with the two dogs she brought and we would've come back later. Unimpressed.
