The decor and vibe here was fun and light hearted and they had solid pricing for a speciality shop in a tourist trap area. Ultimately my wife and daughters walked away with a few candles and incense burners. So not too much damage done to the bank account this time. Now ignoring my emails. The one wick candle base came lose from the rock. We had to re-glue. Love the candles and the fact that the wicks last forever, but customer service is horrible. This place is in the heart of a crafters area, I'm sure she could have found someone to make the plaque and send it. We paid for it and will probably never get it.

There were so many scents to choose from in several different forms - candles, soaps, bath bombs, etc. - and I really liked how the bath bomb section had labels saying what each scent was good for (to help you relax, etc.).
