This was a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I…read morenever had the chance to meet this doctor. The staff working for her, as well as the medical office itself, behaved in a very confusing and unprofessional manner. I scheduled an appointment through the patient portal after seeing available dates and times for this doctor. However, within a few minutes, my appointment was automatically canceled. I called to ask what happened and was told that the doctor is no longer accepting new patients. This raises a reasonable question: why are appointment slots being publicly listed online if new patients cannot actually book them? I asked the administrator this exact question, but she simply kept repeating the same phrase like a recording: "The doctor is not accepting new patients." I explained that this explanation is not acceptable. If a doctor truly is not accepting new patients, then available dates and times should not be published at all. Instead of addressing the issue, the receptionist began pushing other random doctors on me. If I wanted to see just any doctor, I would have booked one myself. It was important for me specifically to see this doctor, and that was completely ignored. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and very poor communication. Listing appointment availability that patients cannot actually use is misleading and frustrating.

Express your concerns to her clearly, and she helps you to address them. She listens, examines, recommends appropriate tests and therapies, and helps you to get better, and to stay well. She understands that we're human, and gently reminds us of what (we already know) we should be doing for our health. She would be a fine leader of your medical team, and I can highly recommend her

It has become very difficult to actually…read moresee Dr. Tran, and the office staff takes a long time to answer the phone and can come across as pretty rude. At one point, Dr. Tran personally called my husband to cancel an appointment -- and then we were charged for that call, which was really disappointing. I've talked to the staff twice, they admit they told us no charge but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. They also tried to refer us to an out of network specialist. Luckily we looked first. In my opinion, this office was fine for routine annual physicals only. But if you need anything outside of that, it turns into a real hassle and you don't feel supported. We've been patients here for about 10 years, but we're now changing doctors because the customer service has gone downhill and it no longer feels like they truly care about their patients. Probably good with new patients but beware.

Most just want to write a Rx and be done with you. Every time I have met with him he has truly listened to me & made me feel heard & understood. This year I had a health emergency & couldn't seem to get help. Dr. Tran & team followed up with me daily for an entire week, to ensure I was being connected to the right doctor & getting the additional help I needed. I'm so grateful I found a doctor that cares!

Usually I avoid the Dr., but I am happy to go see her. To start, she is like Dr. House, from that old TV show. She walked in and seemed to already know what was going on from me....and not from my chart. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable about anything Biology, and does a lot more than Western Medicine. Here's what you want to know. The minute I left I was thinking of all my friends and family that I want to have see Dr. Harding. She spends a lot of time with you to discover everything bothering you. When she is done, she will have many recommendations for you. It may be vitamin and health related, and not just a prescription. Note: plan on going on a day when you have plenty of time. I was with her over 3 hours. If you can't wait that long, take the day off. If that doesn't work, you can go to another Dr that will have you in and out in minutes, along with a new prescription.
