We recently closed on our home purchase with the help of our wonder agent and her team. Lori and Amy are truly a powerhouse team! I received a call from Laurie Alvarez requesting an termite inspection for an escrow transaction she also requested a 1 time pest treatment. I have everything saved via text. So we rushed out there and performed the inspection and services. 2 months later we notice no payment. Text Laurie she replies they forgot to send the invoice to escrow. Ok simple mistake. 2 weeks later no payment. Text her again she replies sorry in the mail should get it soon. We get it, it's only payment for the pest treatment. No inspection fee payment. I email her she now says they never ordered a termite inspection. Bold lie. I have our text conversations saved with her card and her requesting theses services. I emailed and texted her a picture if our conversation. Still have not heard or received anything. Very unprofessional. This is how small businesses don't survive.
