I don't even know where to begin. I called Katie in a complete panic. We had got a 60 day notice because owners of our previous home were selling. That week i was searching high n low for homes in places i didn't even want to go and rent was outrageous. I said screw it and found a lender and got a pre approval AND found a realtor all that week this realtor didn't ask me a thing about my family or showed any concern for me or my levels of stress. I was in tears, not only frustration but lack of knowledge and fear of following through with BUYING our first home. Katie is awesome! She made us feel that we were her only client. We just bought another house and we were a contingent sale. Katie priced our house to sell quickly and it sold by the end of our 1st open house. Fast forward.... Katie found us several houses that met our requirements. We finally found the right house. Katie handled everything and it was like we were on auto pilot. Katie was there every step of the process, including the escrow process. There was a small funding hiccup (not Katie's fault) by the buyers of our old house. Katie handled everything and put us at ease. Long over-due review here, but, Katie deserves 5-stars! She is the squeaky wheel that will make sure you get the oil. Seriously, she will work hard for you and answer all of your questions no matter how late you text her. I was a first time home buyer and she made sure all my questions were answered. I like doing quick business and Katie accommodated to my style quickly. I fell in love with two homes and almost bought the first, but it wasn't for me. The second home already had an offer accepted but Katie kept on top of the seller (squeaky wheel) even after we were looking at other homes.
