very poor customer service!! I do not recommend using State Farm in Holts Summit, mo. The owner agent was very rude when i was in their office checking on a cancellation reimbursement and making sure my policies were correct and up to date! I shopped elsewhere after being treat dirty and less than professional. i did call their office prior to physically having to go to their office to get a couple of questions answered. they wasn't friendly on the phone and made it clear i was interupting their luncheon by calling. I did receive a phone call back, but they didn't answer the two questions i had asked when i initially called, so i went to their office and was met with more rudeness. I was rudely told by Lori to sit down because i had not made an appointment That everyone is busy right now. She rolled her eyes at me then turned around and went back to her little office. There was no "Welcome to State Farm how can we help ya" They had a receptionist 3 agents and zero clients in their office. one would have thought she could have said, we are real busy but we will get to you soon. Nope ! She was very nasty and rude !!! I didn't need an appointment when I purchased 5 policies from them. Not a very Neighborly State Farm. read more

This is the worse agency you could ever go to I was assign 28 years ago by state Sara to this agent even though they are 15 miles from my home. I have agents within two miles from my home. My guess is that she needed clients. They open late and close earlier than the advertise. Very unprofessional. The employees there never know how to solve issues. I recently became disabled and had to file bankruptcy. State Farm raised my auto and homeowners rates tremendously. It was because of my credit rating which has nothing to do with my insurance in my opinion. State Farm told me this. But, when I asked Lori over the phone she lied to me and said it wasn't. When I told her how bad her agency and State Farm was she told me that I needed to take my business elsewhere. read more
