I went to have an old document scanned and printed close to the original as possible. Full frame…read morewith a border for matting. What I got back was a washed out cropped print. I asked for another print closer to the original with the edges intact with a 1/4 in boarder. What I got back was the same over exposed washed out scan with the same crop printed slightly smaller with a 1/4 inch boarder. This is not a professional grade lab. Maybe great for passport photos but not a place for getting nuances. They actually referred me to Walmart.
