Filed a complaint with this bank for an error they made, and the manager called not to apologize, but to tell me it wasn't their error and they weren't wrong. Argued with me for DAYS and when I asked why they charged me for a bounced check fee which should have been issued to the check writer ( I was the check receiver), answered with "we are a nonprofit organization and that's just a policy we have." lies, lies, and more lies. Please do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. There's a wonderful bank across the street, pay them a visit.
